Role Overview

As the APAC CP Operations & Solutions Specialist, you will be a key driver of operational excellence for the Consumer Products team in the region.

Reporting to the Operations Solutions Manager, you will bridge the gap between external partners and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Commercial, Accounting) to ensure the seamless execution of business workflows. 

This role is ideal for a systems-thinking professional who can manage asset and data pipelines while consistently identifying opportunities to improve internal efficiency and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Operations

  • Onboarding & Success: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and training for external partners and agents on internal tools such as commercial operations, asset management, and pitch decks.

  • Compliance & Accuracy: Support partners in navigating reporting templates (royalty, forecast, product) to ensure data accuracy and reduce recurring errors.

  • Operational Support: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving partner system issues and for answering questions about our systems and workflows.

  • Ongoing Management: Ensure partners are aware of, and comply with, key milestones related to financial and creative reporting.

2. Internal Workflows

  • Process Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and design workflows that bridge them.

  • Workflow Training: Guide APAC cross-functional users through the adoption of new global workflows and tools.

  • Partner Insights: Collaborate with APAC commercial teams to source data related to partner & product performance and partner timelines.

3. Content & Asset Workflow Management

  • Asset Lifecycle: Streamline the sourcing and distribution of creative assets via internal systems.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or professional proficiency in Korean and English; Japanese proficiency is a significant plus.

  • Experience:5+ years in project management, partner operations, or customer success, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Technical Savvy: Demonstrated ability to learn new technology. Experience with low-code tools like Airtable is a plus.

  • Problem Solving: A proactive mindset focused on identifying and solving root causes.

  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across various teams.
